I made the CS pizza dough recipe and I bought the Ironate pizza pan. I have to say the results were great. The dough was really good with a great fermented taste and an amazing smell. I used the pizza flour from Anson mills.
I cooked the pizza in an Ironate pan. I was very skeptical about it, but after that first try, I'm sold. It works a charm! You can cook a pizza in 3 or 4 mins with a great crust. The bottom one was the first one, so I wasn't sure how long I should leave it in, I took it out a touch sooner, it was cooked and tasted great, but could have done with more colour. for the top one, I was a bit bolder and left it in longer (4 mins).
