Smokerless Smoked Chuck?

Has anyone tried the Smokerless Smoked Brisket with chuck roll instead of brisket? My attempts using brisket have been a bit dry. Any reason chuck would be a bad choice?

1. Yes and works well with Chuck. 2. For brisket lower the temp (e.g. 57C) and go 72hrs. works well.
