Costco Prime Beef cabinet struck again with a whole beef tenderloin this time! As many people have commented Sous Vide steaks are amazing but using my smoker charcoal chimney gave me the best sear results yet. Had all the family over and my father & father inlaw were referencing it as the best steak they may have ever had which is always a win.
