It has taken a lot of practice, May pictures with different angles. I just use my Iphone 7, I bring the dish outside into the natural light as much as possible to get the best lighting, and sometimes i will use a photo editor to lighten up or enhance the colors to make them pop. This one I took outside ontop of my BBQ, probably took about 20 pictures total at different angles and then you pick the best one.
