They're only talking. For me it looks like that they have very US focused targets. That's okay but they should communicate it properly. They're only collecting data (subscription list) and that's it. Somehow I get the feeling that this site transforms more and more into a Jule advertisment.

I second this. Been waiting for the Australian (220V-240V) for quite some time now whilst a couple of my family members have been enjoying delicious dinner with their Anovas. I don't think it is technically difficult at all to bring out the international version if they really are serious about this, so I totally agree with you that they are just talking...should be more honest, really.

Anyway, I'll see how much longer I can wait but I will definitely get the Anova Pro if that one comes out soon.

Still nothing, getting the impression that the link on FAQ page (If you’re interested in getting updates about availability in your country, go to chefsteps.com/joule and click “Keep me posted.) is just used to send general email with recipe updates etc. not about availability. Don't think i am gone wait much longer before buying a sous vide, already postponed too long, apparently high chance is not going to be the Joule.

I did hear before, that they only speak up when they have a “firm eta”, so they don’t give fake hopes to people. I do think it’s good, but since it has been so long I think they should update us with something. The only way to get the update about it is to wait and one day the email subscription will have something other than recipes etc. I am still going to wait, but I am also becoming impatient with summer coming up and the anova being available.

It’s avalible in most of Europe now, but it’s only the white version and there is no accessories available yet. I was going for the stainless steel version with the accessories, but I have to wait longer. Thank you for letting me though
