Reverse Osmosis Water?

Just received my kit from chef steps!  Will this work for making spheres, or is distilled water a must?  Thanks for any help!!

Reverse osmosis should be OK since the process remove the minerals in the water and that's what you must be careful with when you're doing spheres.
