They were good, however the short ribs were a little more braised than I had hoped for. The taste was spot on though. I thought from the CS article and comments I was in good shape but maybe 48 hrs was just a little too long. The buns were super easy and turned out great. I was a little worried at first, the dough seemed a little dense at the start.
