had a little extra time this morning, surprisingly, so thought I'd whip up something new. Never made paneer before so I thought I'd give it a try with some French toast. Topped with lemon zest and some honey. Wow that was easy and delicious. Going to be making that a lot more often from now on.
... why do the foody bloggers title these articles ricotta and then immediately list a disclaimer saying they know it's actually paneer. Just calling it what is it seems a lot more straight forward to me.
