Hi, does anyone have any advice on how to keep the water in a bath clean and hygienically safe during long low temperature cooks about 8 hours at a time or longer at 50C/122F) so that i might reuse the water. I currently do 2 cooks per day in a 80 liter bath, changing the water between each cook. It's for professional use so I want it as safe as possible, but it seems like a great waste of water plus it take a long time between cooks to heat the fresh water. thanks
