Not very happy with the result.. the salad ingredients were not coming together as I thought it would. The balance were off as the sweetness of the mango did not go well with the grilled tomato and pomegranate. Also I think that the star of the dish should be the octo so less salad would be better next time. Anyhow open to any suggestion..
