Welp. Tried the "Gummies For The Whole Family" recipe last night. Used every one of the correct ingredients, weighed as accurately as my 0.01g scale allows, and processed exactly as instructed.
Apart from it being one of the messiest, stickiest concoctions I've ever produced–no way to go from one mini bear mold to the next cleanly–after 12 hours in the fridge, they are still wayyyy too soft and stuck inside the molds. I've re-wrapped the 1/4 sheet pans and put hem back in the fridge but it doesn't look promising.
Any ideas?
