Movie Themed Dinner Party

Hey everyone, I will be hosting a movie themed Dinner Party. Below are my current ideas. Please Let me know if you have any suggestions for dishes that connect with a certain movie. In particular, I am having difficulties with making a lamb Dish remind you of silence of lambs. I was thinking a Yogurt gel as a play on the famous line "It puts the lotion on the skin or it gets the hose again".

Let me know if you are curious about any dish. I would be happy to explain the story of how the dish connects with movie.

I would argue for a rare beef jus instead. But maybe hibiscus tea would pair better with the lamb taste-wise?

You can actually take any traditional sauce (e.g. red wine/lamb sauce) and for the last few minutes add thinly sliced beets. It will sweeten it somewhat and color it red.

I haven't made this sauce yet myself, but it's on the menu I envision for a dinner party. I would just brew a strong pot of hiscus tea and thinking it with Xanthum gum or gelatin. IT can be fairly tart so I would likely add some sugar, or, better yet, corn syrup - which could also help you get a thicker, bloody like viscosity.
