Baked Thick-Cut Bacon

Hey guys, I'm doing a dinner for some clients tomorrow and need some guidance. They would like a bacon appetizer and we've ordered a whole slab of it and want to cut it thick, like the cubes in the Chefsteps baked beans recipe (probably bigger) and I was wondering if anyone has any time/temp recommendations. I figured 400 F in the oven would be hot enough but I don't know a final internal temperature for the bacon. I'd pressure cook it but our cooker will be occupied by the baked beans! Any help is much appreciated!
