Egg bites

Riffing off other recipes, I did my first soups vide egg bites this am with my new Joule. Perfect! Just 3 eggs, bit of milk and salt, whisk, add chopped pepper and tomato and cheddar to 4 oz mason, 25 min in 185 bath. 😄Made 4 jars worth.

Yum Those look great... been meaning to make these totally love the ones at Starbucks... just need to find some time to make!
