Egg bites

Riffing off other recipes, I did my first soups vide egg bites this am with my new Joule. Perfect! Just 3 eggs, bit of milk and salt, whisk, add chopped pepper and tomato and cheddar to 4 oz mason, 25 min in 185 bath. 😄

Made 4 jars worth.
