Whats up everyone my name is Desmond and I am from the big island of Hawaii. I am a home cook who just discovered the wonders of sous vide cooking. I just got used a Joule a few month ago and had made a few dishes from chicken, porch chops, steaks, salmon, egg bites, creme brûlée, and kung pau ribs. I can't wait to learn more and continue to impress my family with these delicious meals. I am inspired by the positivity and creativity of the community here. Hopefully I will eventually be able to incorporate my sous vide skills with my style of comfort cooking with Asian/Filipino/Hawaiian dishes. I look forward to making new friends here.
