Dear Friends, I invented this dish for the summer. It can be used as a starter with grilled prawns (don t use garlic then. And leave out Caramel). Can be used as a side dish/salad. Can extremely nicely be used as dessert like this or if u combine with a scooop of orange saffron sorbet.
