This is one of go to recipes, almost make it weekly. Before Joule, pork chops were not my favorite, but now I love them.

....and John, I wish I had one of those if front of me right now! I'm hungry 😋

They are heavy duty and awesome! One great thing about them is that there are no rivets. I wish they made a size bigger pan as sometimes I have to use my larger Lodge pan for bigger cuts. And as John says it's free shipping with $100 purchase.... a couple of pans and you're there! Do it you won't regret it 👍
Also around Christmas time they usually hold a free shipping event for any purchase.

Not if you get them when they have a special with free shipping. I believe they have it on now where if you buy $100 US shipping is free. I think they are better, they are thicker and hold the heat better than any other pan I have tried.

How is that darto compared to other carbon steel pans? They look amazing but man that shipping is bruuuutal.
