Apartment ribs questions

Hi everyone. I am trying to make the apartment ribs but I lack of an oven. Can I use a pan to create this recipe?

where are you going to put the pan???

in a pan, no... if you have a grill then you can replicate the temperature surrounding the meat. but a pan would only sear it on one side and would definitely not have a good mouthfeel
