Wow Tod, you are on the way to become great in your optics, well done on the desert. I think u would have it more easy if u use more wide and flat plates. The standard plates hold u back from moving creative hand free with the ingredients like u want to. Very helpful are oval plates which I use a lot. It gets this wide cinematic touch
I throw the cheese on it, don t care if some get a around the plate or on the table. severel "I don t care" spoon hit s from above, sprinkling everything from 40-50 cm height. And yes, keep it odd numbers 3 to 5 to 7 to 9. All the Best to Todd as always
