Tomato Paste in only beef stock but not in chicken stock??

Why is it common to use tomato paste in beef stocks but not in chicken stocks?

I think using tomato paste in beef stocks is quite common. But Why not do the same with chicken?? I don't ever see people using tomato paste in their chicken stocks.

Likely tradition more than anything. One could speculate that due to chicken's weaker flavor profile the tomato paste could easily over power it, but again, just speculation.
