Hi Chris,

Very nice menu!

It's just a very personnal thought since I don't know what form the ingredients are in each dish, but you have corn in the tomato dish and then serve a corn dish. Its nice not to have repeated ingredients. I would remove it from the tomato dish and replace it by something else cracking, like pine seeds, barley, I don't know. Same with the feta in the watermelon dish and then in the duck. I would remove it from the duck. Duck does not need a lot as it is good as it is anyways ;-)... But I may be biased as living in SW France...
