Dumpling party with my Chinese colleagues and a friend... We made 5 types:

- Pork and ginger

- Duck and lemongrass

- Shrimp and egg

- Vegetables

- Mushrooms

And before you ask, yes, we did a lot... Around 400...

Hi Hubert,

Just rhubarb cut in chunks, soaked overnight in sugar, strained, and put on a pâte brisée in the oven ;-). Used the rhubarb water for drinks. Really refreshing.
