I Love to have bright vibrant dishes. So I try to keep on hand a variety of ingredients, I dont per say plan it out to exact colors Im using, just kinda start with a base and build from there...

I've been trying to figure out what is hitting me with that photo and one more look 👀... it's the organic way the radishes with the stem and root intact keeping the red outline match the 'tadpole like' not sure if it's pulled balsamic or leaves? Red and yellow hovering over the fine green line ....a really nice looking plate!

Thank you so much !! .. my idea was to keep it as much as possible with a organic garden to table look. And with the "tadpole like' is a mango vinaigrette with balsamic pulled into it.
