Hi guys,
I'm working on a menu for a braai gig I've won (this specific one is a corporate function for a department at office). First I should maybe explain that a braai is a South African word for a Barbecue. To find out more about this very South African tradition/ritual, take a look at
http://www.braai.co.za/blog/what-is-a-braai/.
Either way, I've got the menu below worked out, and was hoping for some comments. Several things on here are uniquely South African, so please feel free to ask any questions you like.
