first day here, I bought a chicken, roasted it and saved allot of the meat for salads and seed mix to take to the office. Made a stock with the carcass++ and used some for the seed mix. One of the ladies has an organic garden and brought in some tomatoes and onions, so I added mushrooms, thai chili, parmesan, cilantro and lime juice for a nice soup-yes that is a measuring bowl I ate out of-no bowls LOL). The main as it were was a couple of egg burritos with sauteed onions, mushrooms, thai chili, garlic and a mole-curry sauce from home (btw-if you freeze your sauces you can take them through in your carry on along with Joule :-)...I also brought a pesto for the seeds etc).
