Frozen(to save it / keep it longer) .. just shaved into the peas and tarragon haha need to get some fresh truffles... they can be so spendy but totally worth it!! desperately need to get over to Pike Place Market in Seattle. My list keeps growing

Of course, I have fresh peas, fresh tarragon, shaved truffles or you can use truffle oil, that's it super simple.
