Decided to dress up the old Caesar salad. Grilled romaine lettuce tossed with: dressing hand pounded in mortar and pestle (mustard, garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, anchovy, salt, pepper, parsley, olive oil), chicken (thighs low temp cooked at 62 C for 2 hr and finished on grill), grated parm, and quickly pickled red onions.
