Hello! I am new to sous vide and have been enjoying experimenting with my new Joule. It appears all recipes are pre-programmed into the Joule; I am wondering how one follows other recipes from other sources? For instance, I would like to make a whole beef tenderloin that is 4-5" thick but the meat thickness for beef tenderloin outlined in the Joule recipe only goes up to 3" thickness. Does anyone have any experience in personalizing this and other recipes? Please help!
