please remind me not to take on pastry jobs.. don't get me wrong I can bake damn good but it's a lot of hours and pursise! I like the freedom and the ablilty to create, change, add whatever, twist it the way I want it to taste when I'm cooking and baking dosent allow me to.. anyways Doing a wedding Dessert bar... we got 300 cookies, 100 bars, 200 scones, 100 cupcakes and there wedding cake
