Made the Egg White Bites (like Starbucks) Just made a very simple one due to low on grocery's in the house... lol Next time I make these I will put bacon, roasted red bell peppers and some fresh herbs. These are so super good just plan still.

I've made these a bunch of times. They taste great and they're easy to do, but I'm always a little disappointed with the way they look. I want the red bells and herbs and bacon to have bright colors, but the cooking process kind of makes them look dull. Stephanie, do you have better success with the color?

These ones I made without the herbs and veggies inside. Next time I will try it out and see how the colors turn out. That would be disappointing if the colors weren't vibrant.
