Made those little gems today, partly to dress up the pastrami that will come tonight (stay tuned for that!). Of course, with those preparations, you always end up with too much... I was wondering if I could freeze them without altering the consistency of it. I am not sure about preserving them in the fridge without altering the taste.
They content:
- Boiled beets
- Cider vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Carrageenan gum
