two weeks of travel coming up so combining bday celebrations for my son and daughter. My Daughter requested Hestons exploding passion fruit gateau (pop rocks in the base) which I've made numerous times. The spray paint to finish leaves such a nice texture and finish and the hazelnut oil with the chocolate works wonderfully. I also had the pleasure of spray painting my daughter. :-)
My son requested oreo chocolate chip ice cream so I made the cookies for the ice cream and he wanted it round (easy enough). we also blitzed some of the oreso into a powder using LN2 (OMG) for dusting later today. For dinner he requested Heston's burger blend and the triple cooked fries.
