After playing around with my Spinzall for a week and probably drinking a few too many cocktails in the process, i decided that it was time to find a proper culinary application.
Over in the spinzall facebook group someone made mayonnaise with herb oil. I thought that was a cool idea, so i stole it. I made an oil from sun dried tomatoes and turned that into a mayonnaise.
I used it for a riff on shrimp cocktail here, but i think it would also be really good just as a dip for anything fried specifically seafood.
