I can send you the table of contents if you would like. You could look and see if the dishes evoke some interest and if it would make sense to buy it.. fyi you need a crazy amount of tools to cook many of the dishes in the book....

I could also text you pics of a few recipes to see what you think.

Do you know how this compares to the first one? Completely different recipes or just changed a bit?

Completely New Recipes. Alot of the basics in the back are the same but in grams instead of Volume. Some of the components used in dishes are the same as nomad or EMP book 1 but it is few and far between.
