Very excited about the new course; the materials look great.
I have a question about cryomilling. I know that standard freezing won't work because the meal won't get cold (and therefore brittle) enough. But what about adding crushed dry ice to the meal before blending? Seems like it ought to be cold enough, but curious whether that's the case, and also whether the CO2 release might alter the flavor of almond meal and therefore negatively impact the final product. Any thoughts?
