The fastest way I have learned about using flowers is just google what flowers are edible. Then I went out and purchased those plants and have then all in my gardens. That way during the summer I can go out and pick what I need. You will be surprised of how many flowers you can actually eat. I also use the blossoms off my herbs. In the months you might not have flowers I try to find markets that might import edible flowers in that I can purchase. Micro Greens are always a nice touch too. Those might be a little harder to find depending on where you live. Thank you very much for all your kind words I really appreciate it!
