had some nice jouled prime grade ribeye the other night so saved a bit for a snack. Shiitakes with a mini bell and a new to me pepper the coolapeno (I think.. gotta look at tag) both just picked from garden, scallions and wallawallas and a little torched ‘merican cheese made for a tasty few bites. I love these milder version of the jalapeño, sweet with just enough heat to bother your eye when you have an itch and the perfect amount of mouth warmth, going to be planting again next year
