What kind of materials etc. are required?

Hi,

I propose you publish a list of equipment and tools necessary for each course.

I would really like to enlist to the course. However from reading the introduction
it is not clear what type of kitchen tools will be used. It would be dissapointing
for me to join the course and then see that you are working with liquid nitrogen
for example. Because I don't have that in my kitchen.
