Haven't posted anything for a while!!
Been getting into sous-vide (healthy-ish) batch-cooking/meal prep as of late. Works nicely with a busy schedule; I can have great food at the office plus save a little cash.
Sous vide chicken pibil using a little smoked salt, molasses and liquid smoke (a la CS indoor smoker recipes), raw lacinato kale, vac-pickled onions, black beans with el yucateco reserve black label. Basically ripping
this off, switching up the proteins and flavors. Reheats/steams in a microwave in about 1.5 min or less. Pretty good for 360(-ish) calories!
