Beautiful per usual!! How to you plate the puree? Squeeze bottle? Piping bag?

Thank you, I mostly use a squeeze bottle. That being said I’m going to try to use a piping bag for tonight. Lol

If serving warm, and you have a top for the squeeze bottle u can keep it in a water bath.worse case on a Ziploc. Piping bag can be kept directly in the bath (and sealed using a sealer if desired). Challenge with the latter is the last second cut of the end. Look forward to more pics.
