Trying to go through freezer items. Found some pinwheel steaks from Costco made out of ribeye that were about 2β thick so put them in a hotel pan with herbs and veg for a slow go in the oven. Pan browned the tortillas for a nice crunch. Topped with fresh salsa, guac some radish and this boy be happy πΊ
