SOUS VIDE FERMENTATION 2.0
earlier this year i tried some sous vide fermentation....I would say that it was not 100% success.
To anyone trying this at home/work/whatevs
Now with more understanding it makes sense...I hope this turns out as planned. I did not use the ratios from Modernist Cuisine..just simply the idea of Sous Vide Fermentation. I stand by my first statement back in Januaryish...This is breakthrough if it comes out right
