I've used the Joule several tims, basic stuff so far.

What I would like to know is there a way to set the temperature then set the time without specifying what it is I am Sous Vide-ing?

How would I set a temperature of 175F and a time of 45 minutes for example without pulling up a specific menu item on the Joule app?

Hey Chaz just open the app then touch the power icon. This will bring you to the manual temp settings. Set your temp then power on, when the water is up to temp you can set a manual timer from the prompt. Hope that helps.
