Awesome! Do you mind sharing the recipe for the apple glaze?

It was really simple. I just took the juices from the sous vide bag I cooked the pork in added apple juice, apple cider vinegar, and a little bit of xanthan gum and just reduced it down. Was no need to add any salt or seasoning as the juice from the bag already provided it.
