I recently tried the chefsteps recipe for smokerless smoked brisket and it was fantastic. I bought a 13 lb packer to do for xmas dinner and this time am hoping to make burnt ends. I will be using the same sous vide recipe for the flat part of the brisket. Is anyone familiar with a sous vide method of making burnt ends? If not, Im wondering how long it would take to make just the burnt ends in an electric smoker at about 225 degrees. Thanks!
