How would the timings of advanced cooking be affected by altitude or elevation above Sea level.?
I remember when I was living in Johannesburg South Africa 1,753 meters (5,751 ft) above sea level Water boiled at 94 C
The higher you go the lower the boiling temperature.
If this is a factor, is there any compensation that would need to be made in cooking time or the addition of (Salt?) to increase the boiling point?
