Yes I cooked it SV @ 136 for 1.5 hours and seared when it was done. It was pink inside still, it was pretty tasty

Thank you! The espresso Chile rub is a spice I get from a local chef owned company. Got a nice amount of rub on there before I put into the water. That way when I seared it had a really nice crust in it. The on line store you can look up all there spices is below. They are amazing spices, I only use them now.
