Thanks Todd! I get the shrimp with shells on so I can peal the shells off, make a Shrimp Stock and cook my grits in the shrimp stock. So much more flavor infused into the grits! Makes the whole dish very rich. (but I know what you mean sometimes I do just take off the shell and tails to)

Hi Stephanie (or Steph?)do you grind them smaller? Just curious. I've done it with LN2+blender which made them allot smaller but might try a spice grinder.

lol ... I didn’t grind them smaller. The bag I got was a pretty fine grind on it already so I just went with it.
