Edit Scale and Units

Hi I am very new to the soui vide, i was looking at the recipes and noticed the Edit scale and units...what is that? I understand the oz./g but not sure of the units is it just making more, doubling the recipe? Thank you.

Edit Scaling will allow you to make different sized batches. You edit one ingredient, and the rest of the ingredients will change accordingly. Editing the units will allow you to choose whether you use metric units or British Imperial units. Some people are more comfortable using pounds and ounces rather than grams.

It's not so hard to edit the units you need. Just read the instructions.
