Id love to set the the community up with one. Sorry we haven't been pushing those very much, we have been throttled with courses and we need help! What about something like a new twist on fall quick breads? Carrot, zucchini, pumpkin, banana and pain d'epice?

was a summer season challenge why not make one for every season along the year.

Autumn is hunting season, a nice piece of venison

along with seasonal products of any kind in any form. Main utilities to be used

IC, Blender and Vacuum tools. The objective is to create a dish reflecting the

season. Give your creativity a run.

2. Childhood memories

Re-design your best loved childhood

dish by using the modernist techniques. Transform your best loved childhood dish

in today’s kitchen environment and let us know if it stands the test with the

past.

I would like to do a challenge along the lines of what Khymos used to do on his blog with the "This would go well together" type deal. One set of flavors per challenge, modern techniques and tools encouraged, and then we can see who gets the most creative. The thing I like(d) about these challenges is that they aren't limited to a technique or ingredient but flavors which can come from many different products and techniques.

Seasonal challenges I like but they can be a tad tricky for suburbians...

I would favor ingredients, flavors and/or concepts over tools and techniques. That way we can play whether or not we have the tools...and we might get inspired by differing technique.

I like the fall quick breads challenge. It's a pretty big departure from previous challenges, and a concept we haven't seen much of here. Could be interesting to see what everyone does with it.
